You don't need previous martial arts experience to get started at Gentle Spirit Martial Arts.
We offer Tang Soo Do training for Little Dragons ages 4–7, Youth ages 7–12, Adults ages 13+, and advanced-rank students. If you're unsure which program is appropriate, we'll help you identify the right class based on age and experience.
Your three free trial classes give you an opportunity to meet our instructors, experience the training environment, and see whether Gentle Spirit Martial Arts is a good fit for you or your child before deciding whether to continue.
