What Will You Learn in Tang Soo Do?
Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial art that combines physical technique with mental discipline and character development.
Students build a foundation in martial arts techniques while developing balance, coordination, control, concentration, and awareness. Training also includes practical self-defense and reinforces the responsible use of martial arts skills.
As students gain experience, the curriculum becomes more challenging. Advanced students continue developing their technique, knowledge, discipline, and understanding of Tang Soo Do as they progress through the ranks.
Our goal is to help students grow in mind, body, and spirit—not simply learn physical techniques.
